Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for showing transmission state of a digital transmitter which quantitatively decides the transmission state by solving the problem that the level of the transmission state of image data is decided from the actual received input electric field value and the BER value of image data transmitted in space to result in an ambiguous decision.
SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of receiving picture data, a step of detecting the received input electric field value and the BER (bit error rate) value from the picture data, a step of reading received input electric field value-BER value characteristic data previously recorded in a memory, a step of comparing the received input electric field value and the BER value with the received input electric field value-BER value characteristic data read from the memory, and a step of showing the comparison result.
