Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water spraying method for the deposit of a raw material yard capable of optimally spraying water to prevent dust emission on the basis of accurate understanding and assessment of a water spraying condition.SOLUTION: A water spaying method for the deposit of a raw material yard comprises: a pre-spray temperature distribution measuring step of measuring the temperature distribution of the deposit in a raw material yard before water spray by a thermography; a water spray step of spraying water on the deposit by a water spraying device; a post-spray temperature distribution measuring step of measuring the post-spray temperature distribution of the deposit by the thermography; a temperature distribution comparison step of determining whether or not there is the place of a few temperature drop by comparing the temperature distributions before and after spray; and an additional water spray step of carrying out a pin-point additional water spray if there is the place of a few temperature drop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
