To enable a medical fluid to be injected into a cell without fault, and to protect the tip of a capillary needle.
A capillary needle 101 injects the medical fluid held in the inside at the timing of an injecting pressure being added from an injection mechanism part 111. A capillary needle-moving mechanism part 108 notifies the dislocation of the capillary needle 101 in the longitudinal direction to a control part 110. A captured coordinates storing part 109 captures and stores in advance the captured coordinates where a cell is captured. The control part 110 receives the information regarding the dislocation of the capillary needle 101 from the capillary needle-moving mechanism part 108 and indicates injection of the medical fluid to the injection mechanism part 111, when the capillary needle 101 is drawn up to a prescribed position, after the capillary needle 101 is maximally protruded. The injection mechanism part 111 adds the injecting pressure to the inside of the capillary needle 101 to inject the medical fluid from the tip of the capillary needle 101, when the injection of the medical fluid is indicated by the control part 110.
