As millable urethanes, 1-50 pts.wt. millable ether urethane and 99-50 pts.wt. millable ester urethane (the total of both being 100 pts.wt.) are blended to prepare a millable urethane rubber composition, whereby the property that the millable ester urethane is easily subject to hydrolysis can be improved by the millable ether urethane having excellent hydrolytic resistance and at the same time the low tear resistance of the millable ether urethane can be improved by the millable ester urethane having excellent mechanical strength.
