The data processing part generates running surface shape data, such as three-dimensional point group data, which enables analysis of a shape of a running surface of the mobile device. The data processing part selects a region of running surface shape data to be generated based on target movement route information of the mobile device and a predetermined search range area, generates the running surface shape data within the selected region, and determines the movement route of a foot placement position of the moving device or the like, referring the generated running surface shape data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
