To solve problems associated with a conventional mobile lift for nursing care having four casters for supporting a frame, the problems being, for example, low operability such as skidding in movement or large running resistance due to heavy loads on the front casters.

The mobile lift 10 for nursing care is provided with a frame having a rear member extending across the width thereof, a pair of front and rear members extending forward from the both end parts of the rear member, and a fixed wheel 13 between the casters 11 and 12 that are installed on the front and the rear of the frame. The mobile lift for nursing has three wheels on one side and six wheels on both sides. The mobile lift is further provided with a pressure means for pressing the fixed wheel 13 on the floor face at a constant pressure and an isolation means for isolating the fixed wheel from the floor face. With such a structure, high operability and reduced running pressure can be achieved.
