Abstract:
To manufacture an anisotropic bond magnet excellent in magnetism by generating a stronger alignment magnetic field to a molding object by devising a structure of an orientation magnet in molding the anisotropic bond magnet.SOLUTION: A mold includes: a mold component 2 which partitions a cavity 3 which can be filled with a composition Cm containing a material of an anisotropic bond magnet to be molded; an orientation magnetic body 4 composed of a ferromagnetic material arranged opposite to each of a plurality of magnetic poles Mp of the bond magnet to be molded; and an orientation magnet 5 which applies a magnetic field to the orientation magnetic body 4 and magnetically aligns the magnet material of the composition Cm in the cavity 3. The orientation magnet 5 includes a first permanent magnet 6 which is arranged on a circumferential surface of the orientation magnetic body 4 facing the region in the direction of thickness of the orientation magnetic body 4 other than the surface opposite to each magnetic pole Mp and which applies a predetermined magnetic field to the orientation magnetic body 4, and a second permanent magnet 7 which is arranged on a side face adjacent to the arrangement face of the first permanent magnet 6 of the orientation magnetic body 4 and gives a predetermined magnetic field to the orientation magnetic body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
