The motorcycle comprises: a power unit having a torque deriving shaft 91 for outputting torque generated by an internal combustion engine, as a driving torque for a rear-wheel drive; a torque transmission mechanism T with a gear pair G1 composed of a bevel gear and a drive shaft, for transmitting the driving torque to rear wheels; and the vehicle speed sensor 120 having an objective section to be detected of the tooth 102a of a driven gear 102 constituting the gear pair G1. The vehicle sensor 120 comprises a body 121 having a detector 121b opposed to the tip of a tooth 102a in the normal direction A5 of the tip cone surface of a driven gear 102, and the body 121 extends along the normal direction A5.
