To provide a multi-display device in which each of graphic display devices can display images to be displayed without individually performing identification setting in the individual graphic display devices.
A first graphic display device 2a' subjected to cascade connection identifies a predetermined temporal difference of blank periods of a plurality of inputted still image signals to perform video display of corresponding still image signals on a display unit, eliminates vertical synchronous signals of the still image signals to output them to a next graphic display device 2b', and delays a start position of the vertical synchronous signal of each of the plurality of still image signals by the predetermined temporal difference to output it to a next graphic display device 2c'. A next graphic display device 2d' and graphic display devices following it perform signal processing as in the case of the first graphic display device 2a', and do not perform video display of the still image signals on the display unit with the vertical synchronous signals eliminated among a plurality of inputted still image signals and control the vertical synchronous signals of the still image signals.
