PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To head and form a forming product and to form a marking in a smooth and flush shape having no bulges and burrs at the same time, and to prevent the whole forming machine from increasing in size.
SOLUTION: A die 5d is provided in an axial direction to a die holder 6 so as to freely advance and retreat, the die 5d is energized on a punch side by a first spring 12 and the die 5d is pressed and moved in the retreating direction against the spring 12 when a punch 5d is advanced. A hole part 5d" which is opened on the inner side face of a material housing recess 5d' is formed in a side part of the die 5d, and a marking punch 25 whose tip part faces to the inside of the recess 5d' from the hole part 5d" is provided in this hole part 5d" in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the die 5d so as to freely advance and retreat. The marking punch 25 is energized in the retreating direction by a second spring 26 and a head part thereof is forced to project outward from the die. A guide 27 having a tapered face 27a which allows the head part of the marking punch 25 to project outward of the die 5d when the die 5d is advanced, and forces the head of the marking punch 25 to push inside of the hole part 5d' against the second spring 26 when the die 5d is retreated, and forces the tip part thereof to project inside of the recess 5d' is provided on the inner face of the die holder 6d.
