Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an attenuation characteristic in a broad band by connecting a specific inductor conductor to one end of a ground inductor conductor and connecting the inductor conductor to a grounding external electrode to obtain plural resonance points with a steep attenuation characteristic in a high frequency region.
CONSTITUTION: Signal transmission inductor conductors 221, 241, 261 are connected in series by throughholes 222, 252 into which conductors are packed and connected to a signal line use external electrode 3 via a signal line lead conductor 223 and connected to a signal line use external electrode 4 via a signal line lead conductor 263 and grounding use inductor conductors 231, 251 are connected in series via a throughhole 242 into which a conductor is packed. Moreover, a grounding use inductor conductor 251 is connected in series with an inductor conductor 271 via a throughhole 262 and the inductor conductor 271 is connected to a grounding use external electrode 5 via a grounding lead conductor 283.
