A noise suppressor 1 includes a conductor member 15 for adding an inductance between a motor lead wire 20 and a terminal bolt 12 on the motor side, an earth potential part 17 connected with the earth potential, capacitors C1, C2, C3 branched from the conductor member 15 and connected electrically between the earth potential part 17, and resistors R1, R2 connected in series with the capacitors C1, C2, and is incorporated in a resin package 19. Consequently, the impedance of a current path, through which a start current flows from a battery 3 to a motor 4 (impedance on the motor side from a brach point to a capacitor path branched from the conductor member 15) increases. In other words, the impedance of the capacitor path decreases relatively when the impedance of the current path increases, and thereby noise reduction effect is enhanced.
