To provide a non-powered lowering and conveying device capable of more safely conveying conveyed objects by a load receiving table, even if the conveyed objects are heavy.

This non-powered lowering and conveying device is provided with a towing member 2 which is wound around a rotating body 12 arranged in the upper part and is extended downwardly from the rotating body 12; the load receiving table 3 connected to the towing member 2 and having a plate-shaped placement part 4 extending horizontally to place a conveyed object W and a plate-shaped placement posture holding part 5 extending from the base end of the placement part 4 upwardly or downwardly; and a plurality of rollers respectively provided at least at two both sides separated in the vertical direction of the placement posture holding part 5. As the plurality of rollers, forward rollers 51a guided from the tip side of the placement part 4 to a forward plate body 71 and rearward rollers 51b guided to a rearward plate body 72 arranged opposing the forward plate body 71 are provided. At both the sides in the upper part of the placement posture holding part 5, a larger number of the forward rollers 51a are arranged compared to the rearward rollers 51b, and at both the sides in the lower part, a larger number of the rearward rollers 52b are arranged from the forward rollers 52a.
