Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the composition which contains dextrin and/or a sugar alcohol and amino acids, can sufficiently dissolve the amino acids even in the form of an aqueous solution and causes no browning due to amino-carbonylation reaction and solidification.
CONSTITUTION: The nutrient composition for animals is prepared by mixing dextrin (3 to 30 polymerization degree) and/or a sugar alcohol (lactitol or isomaltitol) with amino acids and, if necessary, dissolving or suspending them in water or in an aqueous solution containing an organic solvent such as ethanol.
