To provide a new and unique oil applying system capable of uniformly and sufficiently applying oil on the inner wall and bottom surface of a recessed mold provided on the surface of a top plate.

The oil applying system is provided, having the following construction and mechanism: a top plate 1 is conveyed by a belt 21; above the belt 21, a nozzle row 3 is installed and can be moved vertically and horizontally by a nozzle horizontally moving mechanism 4A and a nozzle vertically moving mechanism 4B; the top plate 1 thus conveyed by the belt 21 is detected by a proximity sensor 9; and based on the detection signal, the position of the top plate 1, and information on the shape of the top plate 1 memorized in advance, the moving mechanisms 4A and 4B are operated to move the respective nozzles to defined positions, and concurrently, the positions of the respective nozzles and edible oil jetting are controlled by a controller 8 so that an edible oil is jetted from the respective nozzles to uniformly apply a defined amount of the oil on the inside of recesses 11 on the top plate 1.
