Abstract:
To provide a one-way clutch capable of making meshing property compatible with wear resistance and facilitating machining of a cam face.
This one-way clutch is provided with an inner ring, an outer ring, a roller 13 arranged between both rings, an energizing member for energizing the roller 13 in the direction of meshing-in, and a cage for holding the roller 13. The cam face 11 of the one-way clutch is ground and machined in such a way that the direction of grinding becomes the peripheral direction. The roller 13 comes into contact with a top of a crest 11y of a line formed by grinding and moves along the crest 11y. Grease is stored in a part of a trough 11t of the line formed by grinding.
