To provide an operating device for a switch with easy control of three positions even when the operating angle or operating amount is different between a disconnector and a grounding switch.

The operating device for the switch has a motor 5 capable of positive rotation and negative rotation, a drive shaft 6 driven by the motor 5, a driving side intermittent gear 8 which is driven by the drive shaft 6, a following side intermittent gear 10 which is driven by the driving side intermittent gear 8, a main shaft 11 which is fixed to the following side intermittent gear 10 and drives a contact of a switch, a locking cam 19a for disconnector and a locking cam 19b for grounding switch which are fixed to the main shaft 11 and rotate, and a lock pin 52a for disconnector and a lock pin 52b for grounding switch which can engage with and separate from the locking cam 19a for disconnector and the locking cam 19b for grounding switch, and can prevent rotation of the main shaft 11 in a prescribed range when engaging.
