Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make highly reliable operating amount detection possible by finding the present stroke position by the detecting capacity value of an electrical capacitance analog switch and a memorized capacity value.
SOLUTION: Electrical capacitance values indicated before an electrical capacitance analog switch 50 is depressed and at the time of maximum depression are memorized. A correcting means 52 which finds the present stroke position of the switch 50 by the capacity value of the switch 50 detected with a detecting means 51 and the memorized capacity value is arranged. By arranging the correcting means 52, even if the capacity to the stroke is largely dispersed, fine adjustment is made unnecessary, and stroke can accurately be detected. Whether actual stroke of the switch 50 is produced by a strongly depression or by a weakly depression can accurately be found, and the device can be applied to the so-called touch response.
