Abstract:

To store robot operation state images and various kinds of information showing the operating states to be used for investigating the cause of generation of an error when the error occurs.

In the operation state analysis device 1, an information acquisition starting condition and a finishing condition are set. When the information acquisition starting condition is established, image information on robot work states captured by a camera 2 and information on an I/O state of the robot and a motion state of the robot are recorded for every prescribed period until the finishing condition is established. The recorded images are displayed in time series. When the image is selected, internal information on the I/O, etc. recorded corresponding to the selection is displayed. Each axial speed, acceleration, torque, speed of TCP, acceleration and torque are also displayed. Since the images, the robot internal information and the operating information are displayed in time series, the investigation of the cause when the error is generated becomes easy.
