Abstract:
To provide a press die for a simple trial product allowing shortening a die manufacturing period and reducing of the cost and suitable for manufacturing a trial product and a developing product and its manufacturing method.
A stripper plate 13 is the press die for the trial product to be a flow forming product except metal. The stripper plate 13 is flow-formed by a process for surrounding the surrounding of a die plate 22 of a drag 20 by a mold 40 and a process for flow-forming a forming material within a space in the mold 40 in an inserted state of a cope 10 or a male die 60 except the stripper plate 13 with the space on the die plate 22.
