To improve a luminous efficiency and a lifetime by forming a uniform thin film by using a liquid titanium oxide derivative.

In an organic electroluminescence element having an organic layer between a pair of electrodes, the organic layer has a thin film of a titanium oxide derivative or a mixed film containing the titanium oxide derivative.
