Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent device having a light emitting layer which can be patterned with high precision over whole light emitting area.
A mask for evaporation having an opening part effective for forming a light emitting pixel, and a dummy opening part formed at the perimeter of an arrayed effective opening area of the effective opening part, not used for forming a light emitting pixel, is used when manufacturing the organic electroluminescent device having a light emitting layer by a mask evaporation method.
