The original plate of the direct patterning waterless planographic printing plate has at least a heat sensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate, has a compound of the formula (R1)4-nSiXn (where (n) is an integer of 1-4; R1 is a ≥1C optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl or aryl or a group obtained by combining such groups; and X is halogen or a functional group selected from alkoxy, acyloxy, ketoximine, aminoxy, amido and alkenyloxy) in the heat sensitive layer and also has at least one selected from the group comprising acids, alkalis, amines and organic acid salts of metal in the heat sensitive layer.
