Meantime, the manufacturing method of the low reflection structure is such that a repetition cycle sufficiently larger than the wavelength which does not generate a problem due to optical characteristics is set in order to realize the irregular structure, and a pattern having a quasi-irregular structure is designed by designing the irregular structure in the range of the repetition cycle, and thereby, the original plate for the low reflection structure can be manufactured without largely changing the conventional manufacturing step.
