Abstract:
To provide a resin sheet having excellent heat resistance and strength, high transmittance for light, and a light diffusing function.
The particle dispersed resin sheet contains an epoxy resin having a terpene skeleton and a light diffusing agent having a refractive index different from that of the epoxy resin, with the light diffusing agent unevenly distributed in the thickness direction. The resin sheet having the light diffusing agent unevenly distributed in the thickness direction can be produced by spreading a coating liquid containing the above terpene-type epoxy resin and the light diffusing agent on a substrate, sedimenting or suspending the light diffusing agent in the spread layer, and hardening the layer.
