Abstract:
To provide a passenger conveyor partition member capable of facilitating passenger's riding on a footstep and suppressing falling of passengers.SOLUTION: A partition member 40 is fixed so as to align with the horizontal middle part of a floor material disposed on the entrance P1 side of a passenger conveyor in a linear direction, and includes: a plurality of legs 41, 42 that extend upward; and a handrail 43 that is connected to the upper sides of the legs and that extends in the linear direction. The advance-direction front end of the handrail 43 is opposed to the upper side of a footstep disposed adjacently to the front end of the floor material disposed on the entrance side of the passenger conveyor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
