A vector which expresses first and second polypeptide subunits of an alkaline phosphatase dimer has (a) a suppressor tRNA gene and (b) a nucleotide sequence for coding an expression cassette of the first and second polypeptide subunits, wherein the expression cassette has (i) a transcriptional promoter and a transcriptional terminator for producing a messenger RNA transcript which codes the first and second polypeptide subunits, (ii) a first reading frame for coding the soluble alkaline phosphatase, and (iii) a second reading frame which is bound to a downstream side of the first reading frame, and the second reading frame codes an anchor of a fibrous phage outer protein membrane, so that the first and second reading frames are translated as a polypeptide, after the suppressor tRNA molecule suppresses a nonsense chain-terminating codon.
