To provide a photoelectric conversion element having improved charge extraction efficiency, an organic sensor including the photoelectric conversion element, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element 100 includes a first electrode 10 and a second electrode 20 facing each other, an organic photoelectric conversion layer 30 that is located between the first electrode 10 and the second electrode 20, and absorbs light in at least a part of a wavelength region, and converts the light into an electrical signal, and a charge auxiliary layer 40 located between the first electrode 20 and the organic photoelectric conversion layer 30 and containing a metal and an oxide (excluding silicon oxide).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
