Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image defects such as interference fringes of laser light and to improve the quality and the production yield in the printing quality of an electrophotographic printer and the like.
SOLUTION: An aluminum tube 10 is subjected to anodic oxidation treatment to form an anodic oxidation film 20 having 0.3-2μm surface roughness, 5-15μm film thickness and 20-1600μS sealing degree (according to JIS H8683 test) to obtain a photosensitive drum tube 1. By this method, interference fringes of laser light can be prevented and conventional problems such as image defects, low productivity, low yield, high cost and poor resolution can be eliminated.
