The photovoltaic heat utilization system comprises: a solar battery panel; heat collection means that collects heat on the rear of the solar battery panel; a heat medium passage that moves heat medium to transport the heat collected by the heat collection means; heat medium movement control means 11 that controls the movement of heat medium in the heat medium passage; and power generation amount detection means 31 that detects the power generation amount of the solar battery panel. The power generation amount of the solar battery panel is switched by the heat medium movement control means 11.
