Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a screw hole having an effective screw length equal to or more than a plate thickness without formation of a round shape part which does not become a screw effective size and deterioration of strength.SOLUTION: Tip end parts 32, 42 of punch tools 30, 40 having a circular shape in cross section are pressed against a surface of a plate W which is a female screw formation target, at first. Then, a dent A and a padding part B having a circular ring ridge-shape formed on the surrounding of the dent A and thicker than an initial plate thickness are formed on the surface of the plate W by plastic deformation. Then, a through hole C corresponding to a screw prepared hole is formed on the padding part B, and a female screw 24 is formed on the through hole C.
