Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn, which is suitable as the material of an optical instrument, such as an optical disk cartridge, because it is excellent in impact strength and antistatic properties, is freely colorable and scarecely generates an acidic gas during molding. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin with 0.1-20 pts.wt. alkylsulfonate antistatic agent (e.g. a sodium alkylsulfonate) and 0.005-10 pts.wt. epoxy compd.(e.g. 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl 3,4- epoxycyclohexanecarboxylate or bisphenol A diglycidyl ether).
