To provide a polyester resin composition which is suitable for a biaxially oriented film that is excellent in optical characteristics, heat resistance and film-forming property, especially, a laminated film, and a film and a laminated film using the same.SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition is polyester having an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit, an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid unit, an alkylene glycol unit and an isosorbide unit, contains, with respect to the total dicarboxylic acid component, 30 mol% or more and 90 mol% or less of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and 10 mol% or more and 70 mol% or less of the alicyclic dicarboxylic acid component, and contains, with respect to the total diol component, 40 mol% or more and 90 mol% or less of ethylene glycol and 10 mol% or more and 60 mol% or less of an isosorbide component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
