Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position regulating structure of a rotating shaft which can regulate a position of a rotating shaft in a rotation axis direction without the usage of a snap ring.SOLUTION: A pump drive shaft 32 has a minimum diameter Ds1 and a maximum diameter DL in a portion stored in a pump housing 31. An outside diameter Ds2 of a seal 37 is equal to a diameter of an inner peripheral surface of an input shaft 21. An operation pressure Ps is supplied to a supply oil path 41, and thereby, the operation pressure Ps passes through an axial center oil path 42, a communication oil path 43, and an inter-axis oil path 36 in sequence. Oil of generated oil pressure PL of an oil pump 4 flows in between seals 38 and 39 in the pump housing 31. A shape of a peripheral surface of the pump drive shaft 32 is designed so as to satisfy the relation of Ds1^2×Ps+(DL^2-Ds1^2)×PL>Ds2^2×Ps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
