Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out stop control of a carried article with a good repeatability by carrying out positioning of a move body, when delivering of carried article is carried out between carrier process elements which move on a carrier passage accord ing to a rotational direction of a rotary driving member, in synchronism with detection of a rotary angle sensor and a position confirming sensor.
SOLUTION: In a non-contact type magnetic carrier device made of at least two of magnetic carrier device elements operating separately and independently from each other, when a carried article and the like are delivered between the elements, in the receiving side magnetic carrier device, a move body 13 is positioned by a position confirming sensor 35 for detecting the position of the move body 13, and a rotary angle sensor 34 for detecting the rotating condition of a rotary driving member. As a result, in the case where vibration is generated in an advance direction of the move body 13 causing due to unstable non-contact connection between the move body 13 and the rotary driving member, a normal pulse motor control system is used by the magnetic carrier device element of a receiving side without using a mechanical stopper and the like, and stop control of the stable move body having repeatability at low cost is carried out.
