Abstract:
To provide a post-processing device which can accurately align a position of a sheet bundle of even sheets weak in stiffness on an evacuation conveyance path.SOLUTION: A post-processing device includes a conveyance path 21 on which a sheet is conveyed at a predetermined interval, a processing part for subjecting a sheet bundle to post-processing, an evacuation conveyance path 33 that is branched from the conveyance path 21 and joins a branch part 31, a detection part 91 for detecting the sheet conveyed on the evacuation conveyance path 33 and a control part for controlling conveyance of the sheet, in which the control part, while a preceding sheet bundle is processed in the processing part, after a first sheet of a subsequent sheet bundle is conveyed to the evacuation conveyance path 33 and evacuated, starts conveyance at a predetermined timing, and in an evacuation process conveying with a second sheet of the subsequent sheet bundle to the processing part, on the basis of a detected result of the detection part 91, corrects a conveyance timing of the first sheet, and aligns leading ends of the first sheet and the second sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
