To provide a grain transporting and unloading tubular device which transports and unloads grain reserved in a reserving tank to outside of a machine, set to be easily operated into a stored state.

The invention relates to the powder conveyer comprising the transporting and unloading tubular device 8 unloading the powder to outside of the machine, installed as turnable outward on one side, on the rear side of the reserving tank 6 which reserves the powder, wherein the transporting and unloading tubular device 8 is divided into two sections of a lower transporting tube 9 and an upper transporting tube 10 and the upper transporting tube 10 is constituted as movable on the longitudinal direction after turning operation on the circumferential direction to the lower transporting tube 9, and a unloading tube 11 having an unloading port 11a installed on the end part of the transportation part of the upper transporting tube 10.
