In the powder conveying device 40 equipped with a powder conveying coil (powder conveying member) 35 constituted by forming plate material, for example, in spiral shape in a pipe (powder conveying path forming member) 41, and conveying the powder such as the toner through the pipe by rotating the powder conveying coil, a plate-like length regulation part 42 having a powder passing hole 43 in circular shape or the like is integrally provided at the downstream end of the pipe made by molding using polypropylene or the like, and the edge of the pipe formed to be freely elongated and contracted in a length direction is pressed against the length regulation part.
