Abstract:

To enhance quantitativeness and uniformity in the powder supply of conveying and feeding a powder material along the axial direction of a barrel by rotationally driving a screw arranged in the barrel.

The powder feeder includes a plurality of discharge blades each arranged at the discharge port of the barrel, driven to rotate about the axis of the barrel, and also including a surface inclined with respect to the axial cross section of the barrel. The plurality of discharge blades are configured so that, by rotational driving of the discharge blades, thrust in the direction outside the discharge port is applied to the powder material at the inclined surface while applying resistance to the powder material in the charging space, conveyed in the axial direction of the barrel, and then, the powder material is dispersed and discharged from the discharge port of the barrel.
