Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit adjustment of a generator without special control, in a power source equipment supplying DC power to a load from a magnet generator through a rectifier circuit.
SOLUTION: An exciting coil 5 for field adjustment which generates magnetic flux therefor is installed on the stator side of a magnet generator 1. The exciting coil 5 for field adjustment is inserted in the middle part of a path of a load current and excited by the load current. The winding direction of the coil 5 is so set that the magnet field of the rotor of the magnet generator is increased when the coil 5 is excited. By inserting the coil 5 in the path of the load and exciting the coil 5 with the load current itself, the magnet field is increased or decreased, so that the output of the magnet generator can be increased or decreased in accordance with increase or decrease of the load current.
