A diagnostic system for determining a deterioration state of multiple power storage units (12) constituting a storage device (10) includes a voltage sensor (21) for detecting a voltage of each power storage unit, a controller (22) for determining whether each power storage unit is in a deterioration state based on detection results of the voltage sensor and a memory (22a) for storing information on the deterioration state when the controller determines that a power storage unit is in a deterioration state. The controller determines whether the power storage unit is in an abnormal state or in a life state by using the number of times of determining a deterioration state among the information stored in the memory. For example, when the number of times of determining that the power storage unit is in a deterioration state is more than one within a predetermined period, the controller determines that the power storage unit is in an abnormal state, and when the number becomes more than one when exceeding the predetermined period, the controller determines that the power storage unit is in a life state.
