To solve a problem in a power unit performing operation by receiving supply of power from the outside, wherein there is possibility of occurrence of an abnormal state such as fire of the power unit by various particular states or combination thereof since it is used in environment having extraordinary much power dust or the like, cleaning of the device is not carried out for a long period, and it is operated under an abnormal overload state for a long time, although there is no problem when normal use or normal maintenance is carried out.
The power unit carries out operation by receiving power from an external apparatus and includes a case constituting the power unit, a power receiving part arranged at one face plate of plurality of face plates constituting the case and receiving power from the external apparatus, and a fire extinguishing device arranged inside the case or at the outer surface thereof. The fire extinguishing device detects flame caused in the power unit and extinguishes fire.
