Subsidiary materials generating the O.R.P (oxidation-reduction potentials) are accumulated as new base stocks from granite (particularly, black granite) or marble used in buildings all over the world or large-scale buildings, waste materials of art carvings, spalled granite fragments from stone machine factories, and waste marble. A large quantity of reductive water having the powerful oxidation-reduction potential and long-term sustainability can be produced inexpensively by using the accumulated subsidiary materials.
