Abstract:
To provide a precoat fin material that secures excellent material handleability of a coil, avoids deterioration of alkali resistance, and can be prepared at low cost.SOLUTION: A precoat fin material 1 has a substrate 2 composed of aluminum, an anticorrosive coating film 4 containing urethane resin and formed on the substrate 2, and a hydrophilic coating film 5 put on the anticorrosive coating film 4. The hydrophilic coating film 5 has an acrylic resin, polyethylene glycol, a nonionic surfactant, and a polyvinyl alcohol with a degree of polymerization of 500-700 and a degree of saponification of 98.0-99.0 mol%. When the total mass of the acrylic resin, polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl alcohol is 100 pts.mass, the content of the polyvinyl alcohol is 36-44 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
