PURPOSE: To prepare seasoning for roast meat, having excellent taste and flavor, by boiling a mixture of water, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, etc., adding a soup square to the hot mixture, and then adding garlic, ginger, etc. after cooling.
CONSTITUTION: 180cc of water mixed with 90cc of soy sauce, 60cc of tomato ketchup, 30cc of Worcestershire sauce, 6cc of vinegar, 4g of sugar, 1g of Geinea pepper powder, and 6g of curry powder, and boiled. After boiling for 3W3min, a soup square is thrown and dissolved in the hot mixture, and cooled. About 10g of raw garlic and about 20g of raw ginger are grated and added to the cooled mixture to obtain the objective seasoning for roast meat. The seasoning thus obtained has unique taste and flavor originated from the added curry powder, and is suitably used as a seasoning for roast beef, mutton, pork, etc., and also for the bean sprout, onion, cabbage, etc. fried in food oil.
