CONSTITUTION: The wire feeding device A composed of the feeding roller 10, etc., is arranged between the press crown 7 and the die ram 9, the spline shaft 11 is inserted freely movable vertically from the upper surface of the die ram 9 to the lower surface, and the wire guide pin 16 is inserted freely movable vertically into the mold upper die set 13. With this constitution, the feeding roller 10, the guide hole 12 of spline shaft 11 and the wire guide pin 16 of the mold upper die set 13 are positioned so that the wire 5 is prevented from being bent and fed. therefore, the wire 5 introduced from the press crown 7 can be fed at high speed into the die, the running cost can be reduced because the feeding claw used conventionally is not used.
