Abstract:
To allow a working process in which an elastomer sheet is easily and quickly soused in lubricant to be executed so that elastomer can improve efficiency in manufacturing a molded article.SOLUTION: A press machine 10 has metal molds 16 and 18 that mold an elastomer product by punching out an elastomer sheet S, a lubricant storage tank 26, and a spray nozzle 30, connected to the tank, which sprays the lubricant in the tank at least to an area on which the sheet S on the metal mold 16 is placed.EFFECT: The press machine demonstrates a peculiar effect: working in which the sheet is soused in or applied with the lubricant by hand work is eliminated, so that concern about mixing of a foreign matter into a molded product is not only cleared out but also efficiency in manufacturing the molded product is improved dramatically, and further a cut surface of a punched-out product can be finished beautifully and bite of a punching-out blade is sustained for a long time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
