Abstract:

PURPOSE: To set the pressure gas injected into a molded container so as not to generate trouble in leak inspection even if main pressure changes by providing a pressure gas leak inspection circuit wherein pressure gas is set to the state supplied to the molded container in parallel to a pressure gas injection circuit having an opening and closing valve through a fine flow rate differential pressure sensor equipped with an orifice.
CONSTITUTION: A fine flow rate differential pressure sensor 11 equipped with an orifice is provided in parallel to a solenoid valve 2 and one end of a water column manometer 12 wherein water is put in a U-shaped tube is connected to the pressure air supply side thereof. When the solenoid valve 2 is closed by a timer relay 5 after a definite time is elapsed, in such a case that there is no pinhole in a bottle 3, the water column manometer 12 connected to the fine flow rate differential pressure sensor 11 is not operated. When the bottle 3 has a pinhole and compressed air is leaked, compressed air passes through the fine flow rate differential pressure sensor 11 to flow in the bottle 3 because the pressure in the bottle 3 is reduced. The water column manometer 12 connected to the fine flow rate differential pressure sensor 11 is operated by the flow of the compressed air.
