Title:
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD KEEPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3280565
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of processes per unit time so as to be increased by shortening a span of workhours being required for one time of drilling work.
SOLUTION: A working machine jointly provided with a printed circuit board keeper comprises a spindle 1 holding a cutting tool 2 and being movable so as to make this tool contact with or keep away from a printed circuit board subject to machining. This printed circuit board keeper is equipped with three support mechanisms 4, 24A and 26 shiftably combined with this spindle of the working machine, two presser parts 25B and 25C movably installed in these support mechanisms, and three driving mechanisms 11, 12 and 13 for these presser parts, respectively. In this case, each through hole different in size is formed in these presser parts. At the time of working, if the presser parts are kept away from a position where the support mechanisms will not interfere with the tool, the driving mechanisms move the presser parts, thereby matching each of the through holes comformed to the size of a tool to be used to the tool. Subsequently, the support mechanisms put the presser parts back to their original position, and the presser parts are made to forcibly contact with the printed circuit board before the tool is reached to the printed circuit board.
