Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a probe holder suitable for mass production and having stabilized quality, and further to provide a producing method thereof.
SOLUTION: Plural holes 13 with about 10-100 μm diameters are bored in a sheet-like member 10 having 100 μm-2 mm thickness and composed of a glass, a polypropylene, an acrylic resin, a metal or a plastic, so as to be arranged in a concentric circular shape or a spiral shape. The biopolymer which becomes the probe is held in the interior of the hole to provide the objective probe holder.
